Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled trip: there is a 5% service charge on the total fee for your scheduled trip.
More than 4 days, but less than 2 weeks, prior to your scheduled trip: a 10% fee applies.
Less than 4 days prior to your scheduled trip: groups of 3 or more and private charters forfeit the entire payment.
Individuals and couples have 48 hours to cancel a booking before
forfeiting their entire payment.
In the rare case of a cancellation by the captain due to weather
or another unforeseen circumstance, a complete refund is given
if you cannot be placed on another vessel.
Every attempt is made to ensure you see
and swim with wild dolphins. Although dolphin encounters occur
95% of the time from The Big Island, they are not guaranteed.
