Booking the Dates you Desire:
If you are booking your wild dolphin swim vacation in Hawaii a month or more in advance, you have a good chance of getting the dates you desire.
Making wild dolphin swim reservations:
A deposit of 10% is required to book your reservation.
Methods of Payment:
U.S. money orders. Contact
Roberta if you intend to use this method. Payment must be
received according to the reservation rules above. Have the
money order made out to Roberta Goodman. Mail payment to:

cards processed on line using Paypal. Use the buttons in the

Be sure you read, and understand, the cancellation
policy before making payment.
Fees:
Your trip includes your private guide, the boat trip, fruit,
snacks, & drinks on board the boat. Be sure to read the "About
Your Trip" page to find out what to bring and what is
not included. Cost is $195.00 per person. For groups of 7 or more, contact Roberta for potential group discounts.
You can either pay the full amount or reserve your date with a 10% payment. If your dates are 2 weeks or less away, full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled
trip: there is a 5% service charge on the total fee for your scheduled
trip.
More than 4 days, but less than 2 weeks, prior to your scheduled
trip: a 10% fee applies.
Individuals and couples have 48 hours to cancel a booking before
forfeiting their entire payment.
In the rare case of a cancellation by the captain due to weather
or another unforeseen circumstance, a complete refund is given
if you cannot be placed on another vessel.
Every attempt is made to ensure you see
and swim with wild dolphins. Although dolphin encounters occur
95% of the time from The Big Island, they are not guaranteed.
